Interns should be given meaningful tasks and seen as potential future employees rather than being treated as a lower priority compared to trainees and senior programmers. By valuing their contributions and providing clear pathways to full-time positions, Novatec can enhance its talent pipeline and create a more inclusive workplace culture.
