Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback!

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your time at OCEANSAPART. I noticed that there were three years between your departure from us and your evaluation. A lot has changed in that time.

We are always open to any kind of feedback about our work environment and also appreciate your constructive criticism to become a better employer. With this far-reaching retrospective in particular, we can see whether we have already provided the right impetus with our actions.
You mentioned that the working atmosphere was too noisy.
It is important to us to create a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable and since our office redesign in the beginning of 2023, we now meet the different needs of our employees. We have different types of rooms: on the one hand for exchanging ideas and on the other hand extra "quiet rooms" where concentrated work can be done.

It is also unfortunate that you have been given the feeling that there is no further development possible. We believe that personal growth is important to move our entire company forward. Therefore, we provide each employee with an annual development budget.
We also support our employees in their well-being at work through regular feedback meetings, which provide the opportunity to create an environment in which it is clear what expectations we have of each other. These feedback meetings are now supported by our internal feedback workshop, which makes the exchange even more valuable. I'm sorry you had a different experience, but as you can see we are continuously working on it to ensure a better experience in many areas.
