Thank you for taking the time to give us open-minded feedback!
We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy during your time at OCEANSAPART.

We are always open to any kind of feedback on our working atmosphere and appreciate praise from our (ex-)team members as much as constructive criticism in order to become a better employer.

It is a pity to hear that you found the working atmosphere toxic and also missed the cohesion among colleagues in particular. It is important to us to create a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable. Above all, respect and inclusivity in our cooperation with each other are important to us. This is also anchored in our core values. These are already brought closer to all employees as part of our onboarding process and are constantly put in the spot light on various occasions, such as our regularly recurring All Company meeting. These values are also reflected in our team composition. Here we have a wide variety of nationalities and background. Additionally, there are employees of different ages - currently, our age range extends from 19 to 59 years. In fact, the people within the company and our great team spirit is something that almost all leavers mention as something they will remember very positively and that's something that makes OCEANSAPART unique. We are sorry to hear that you had a different experience.

Besides, it is unfortunate that the tasks did not meet your expectations. With us, there is always room to address such things and develop a solution together. For example, whether it is through the use of the personal development budget or other opportunities such as a change in position. We support our employees in their well-being at work by having regular review/feedback sessions that give the opportunity to create an environment that is satisfying - both now and in the future.

All details on the processes/tools/initiatives/benefits that support the creation of a fulfilling work environment are also to be found in our intranet and some even listed in each job description. If an employee has a question, our intranet is a good place to find an answer, otherwise our People & Culture team is always happy to help.
