It's international company; however, when you are German, you are part of a team; when you are not... forget about colleagues, because you are not worth it. It is what it is. They say "we are one" but it's lie. You are alone with your close team members - if you're lucky.

Kommunikation

Lack of communication between leaders, avoiding responsibility, and lack of interpersonal skills.

Work-Life-Balance

Zero balance, a lot of stress... NOT worth it.

They hire and fire people, the strategy is constantly changing, there is no stability. People leave because they would rather be out of work than work in such a toxic place.

R team tries best to create a nice image; you can be with a dog in the office; sometimes we have company parties; even budget for self-development (but you can't use it, becasuse you have to work after hours). However, the worst and toxic company where I've ever worked - what they offer is bare minimum...

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy during your time at OCEANSAPART.
We are always open to any kind of feedback on our working environment and also appreciate constructive criticism to become a better employer.

It is a pity to hear that you found the working atmosphere stressful and that you missed the team spirit among colleagues. It is important to us to create a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable. We have values in the company that we pursue. These are already communicated to all employees as part of our onboarding process and during your time at OCEANSAPART. These values are also reflected in the composition of our team. We have a wide variety of nationalities and backgrounds, which is why many different languages are spoken in the company, not just German, but also French, Spanish, Italian and Polish, among others.
There are also employees of different ages - we currently range in age from 19 to 59. In fact, the people in the company and our great team spirit are something that almost all leavers mention as something they will remember very positively and that makes OCEANSAPART unique, hence the motto We are One. We are sorry to hear that you had a different experience.

It is also unfortunate that you were not given a clear set of requirements and expectations. We support our employees in their wellbeing at work through regular feedback sessions, which provide the opportunity to create an environment where it is clear what expectations we have of each other.

We would be happy to talk about the issues again in person and hopefully find solutions together that will make you feel more comfortable with us again.
