Arbeitsatmosphäre

the atmosphere in the product team became toxic in the last few months.
I have been a witness of bullying, like we are in high school.
people are saying things, and never make them happened, especially promise a lot, or set the goals for you, that you will not get the appreciation for…
incompetence is awarded, and professionalism disregard.

Kommunikation

there are a lot of issues in communication.
there are mini groups created, and they are not willing to talk to anyone else (I obviously mean the talks about professional matter)

Kollegenzusammenhalt

there are only few people who are direct and easy to communicate, but most, because of their lack of experience, are very narrow-minded, and have to be always right, even if it doesn’t make any sense.

Work-Life-Balance

work-life balance is pretty ok, but I have seen my superiors coming to work ill, which is making me feel like I don’t deserve to stay home when I am sick either. which cause a lot of anxiety.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

my superior is always nice and friendly towards me, but very inconsistent, also having sometimes secret meetings with one of our colleagues, where they make some executive decisions, also including my work, that I am responsible for.
they also promise me many things orally, but non of it ever happened, so I don’t feel treated fair.

Interessante Aufgaben

as our manpower is getting cut shorter and shorter, the tasks have become very technical and administrative, not really matching my job description, or interesting or creative, that I could somehow develop…

Gleichberechtigung

unfortunately my superior (again) talks a lot about diversity, and how great it is to have diverse team, but is awarding only the people with similar taste, opinion and even look to them, which is very disturbing in day to day work.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

older colleagues are treated very well in my opinion,

Arbeitsbedingungen

I do have all the tools I need to work, I would appreciate, more of a technical training especially for the programs I haven’t used before.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

this topic is a bit sensitive, because we need different certificates and THEORETICALLY trying to be sustainable, but it is far from priority. again mostly because of incompetence, people don’t even want to hear about new technology of recycling, innovation for saving water and other. greenwashing big time…
and if they don’t treat their employees fair in European office, I don’t know what is happening in factories.
