The way employees were treated was simply sad. The career opportunities had nothing to do with skills, only with how well you got on with the relevant head or C-level.

The team spirit among the “working” colleagues was fantastic, but you could never hope for support from the leads.

Fast fashion is never interested in the environment. And a company that preaches body positivity and berates the “fat” models at shoots is probably not interested in good values either!

The benefits were great. The salary was only great if you were friends with a Head.
