I experienced the company as an unhealthy and unprofessional environment. During my 2 years, I felt bullied, marginalized, micromanaged, and never safe. The fast exchange of my team members put a high level of stress on me. I had the impression that it was not possible for me to work rational or professional. I experienced a very strong hierarchy where every small mistake was used to manipulate and devalue. I personally missed sustainability. Despite this, I felt my coworkers as very capable very friendly, and honest. Still, I wouldn't recommend this company as a good place to work as it was a very unhealthy environment.

It's sad to hear that that your leads management style didn't suit your expectations as we really believe in leading by trust, transparent communication and empowerment. To improve and align our management style we already set-up and implemented a leadership-training.
