Thanks for being transparent from the minute it all started and looking out for team members. Instead of laying people off the management had decided to go to "Kurzarbeit" and keep all employers even the once that have just started. Company meetings twice to discuss development and new changes is well done and transparent or each team member.

The management did everything they could and acted very fast.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everybody is always willing on helping each-other especially when you start new. The team is dynamic, professional and motivated. Very good hands on mentality and management is always open for criticism and changes.
Kommunikation
Before remote times too much skype chatting even when sitting in one office....which now being remote kind of prepared for everything. Some smaller daily JF would be helpful when setting up bigger customers or introducing changes.
Since Corona crisis there are 2 company meetings every week to discuss developments and current situation. This is very transparent.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I just love the team Im working in and working with as we onboard new team members very good and support each other. Overall everybody treats each other with a lot of respect and sarcastic sense of humor is much appreciated:)
Work-Life-Balance
Strictly checked by the management to not work overtime. Appointments with doctors can be easily made and overall trust in working hours without actually tracking them.

I haven't experienced any issues so far. Open and direct communication is what management expects. Different opinions are discussed in a respectful manner.

Team development, empowering all teams with IT knowledge and be transparent, integration of processes and documentation of those for all teams. Integration in processes of ones own development and even development of skills for others.

optilyz is now a well-known tool for direct mail marketing. I think being in a transition phase from startup to a bigger company there are a lot of changes, new processes and most of the team members are still not very long working here. Overall this is a good chance to dive into it and form a great company that can change direct mail marketing.
