The employer does not pay according to the collective agreement. People would rather be laid off and replaced at high cost rather than keep the old employees. There is no works council. You are exposed to the company. Employees constantly coming and going.

It is true that we are not subject to a collective agreement, but we pay our employees in line with the market and their performance.
The fluctuation you mentioned is also not unusual for a company with a young team and and is not particularly high compared to other companies.
