Don't pay a cent for home office equipment. All you get is a laptop, screen, keyboard, mouse and headphones. Other companies pay for tables and chairs. Too pressure from team leads.

Appreciate employees. The ultimate goal should not be the return of investors. Too much pressure is harmful to mental health.
