A Lot of Potential, but Disappointing Leadership and Lack of Structure

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Outdooractive is a company with incredible potential and fantastic employees who work passionately and dedicatedly on the projects. Unfortunately, this potential is severely limited by significant leadership issues.
The CEO is unable to let go and rigidly clings to old structures and processes. New ideas, innovative approaches, and suggestions for improvement are either ignored or outright rejected. This attitude leads to stagnation in the company's development and creates a demotivating work environment. There are no clear structures or defined processes, which causes confusion and inefficiency in the day-to-day workflow.
Also, there is a lack of a genuine culture of discussion: feedback is often not taken seriously, and decisions are made without involving the affected employees.
Attempts have been made to expand the leadership team to bring fresh perspectives and more experience into the company. Unfortunately, these efforts have also failed, as the opinions and experiences of the new leaders were not implemented either.
Another serious issue is the very high turnover rate. Many talented employees leave the company because they are dissatisfied with the current situation and see no prospect of improvement.
