Everyone is supporting each other. If you need someone's input on a topic, they are just a call away. If you have too much on your plate, also managers & even the executive team are there to help and offer to take over some parts of your work.
Work-Life-Balance
Yes, Oviva is very performance-oriented, which I like a lot. This makes me believe that we can build something big and help millions of patients with a healthier and happier life. That being said every person within Oviva can decide for themselves how much they work. Nobody is imposing long work hours on others - the only thing that matters is to align on realistic output within a certain deadline and keeping that deadline (& if not, being transparent in the communication).

This is what I love most about Oviva - the management and executive team really trust you & you get to take over topics that you might not be the expert in (yet). You will however get the right support to learn those topics & to excel in them within a few months.
