Please consider induct/replace new managers who are non-wirecard background.
There are real good employees are working for the product success. Obviously, unnecessary layers are making them unmotivated.
As Elon musk said, for one Developer and tester, there are five managers. That's the current scenario in pagonxt. Please get rid of unnecessary layers and invest in restructuring.

Complaining mentality aka disease everywhere. Wirecard managers formed an inner circle among themselves to counter Santander Team inputs from spain. Difficult to understand what they are trying to achieve.

You are on your own if you don't have friends from wirecard days. All the new people came after the wirecard debacle really thrown under the bus when they face any difficulties.

It's good to choose between work and home life if you're able to manage your priorities.

Managers don't care or they don't want to care about the fruitful process improvements. There is a big gap between Santander expectations vs current wirecard managers execution.. one is more confused always
Interessante Aufgaben
There are lot of backlogs in most of the teams. Still releasing any features are painful. Older release process doesn't give freedom to build out of box products. Most of the managers doesn't come from technical background and they don't understand the value of getting rid of technical debt. One is expected to be pawn not otherwise.

There is no talk of salary raise or no plans for promotion. If you are friend of the manager then moving-up the ladder is possible. No matter how hard one works, no help from wirecard based managers.. they only support their old wirecard community members..

Ship starting to sink. The reason is agreed projects never been completed. Postponement is a regular activity.. most of the colleagues are just tired and staying for payslip. Good ones starting to move out meticulously.
It's up to Santander corporate to decide on future of this chaotic organization. They have to make really tougher decisions to bring out new leadership to make their aspirations really come true in Germany.
