The location was good at it was situated next to an s-bahn station.

There was a pervasive culture of dishonesty among employees, which only exacerbated the toxic atmosphere. It became clear that success was measured not by merit or hard work, but by one's ability to manipulate and deceive. Despite dedicating countless hours and effort to my work, it felt as though my contributions went unnoticed and unappreciated. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, bullying and lack of support were rampant, creating a hostile work environment.

Address Bullying and Lack of Support: Implement strict anti-bullying policies and provide support systems for employees who experience harassment or lack of support. Invest in training programs to educate employees and management on respectful workplace behavior.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Transparency was virtually non existent, with crucial information withheld from employees. This lack of openness fostered an environment where deceit became the norm, and honesty was a rarity.

Kommunikation

No transparency at all... Deception and lies was part of the culture...

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Many colleagues of low qualifications being over ambitious... As a result a very obnoxious atmosphere was formed. The HR did not bother to address existing problems

It was ok.

Being of specific ethnicity was a status. Qualifications and skill-set was overlooked.

The engineers were asked to support tasks completely irrelevant to their expertise... Such as carrying desks or promoting marketing material as some of the relevant departments were happy to engage on the activities they were supposed to support.

I don't have anything to comment.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

It was within the range in the area.... towards the bottom side of the range.

Many ill-qualified high level managers ... This affected the image of the organization.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It was not encouraged at all. Education credentials were looked down.
