Run!!!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Really lovely, modern office. Right in the city centre so it’s easily accessible
Kommunikation
Everyone is a manager here so you guessed it - Everyone is trying to manage you. The reporting hierarchy is very much flawed. I had at least 4 people with different visions trying to manage and approve one project and of course making countless changes (some of which made no sense) and in the end when something goes wrong it is all blamed on you. It’s more of a power struggle than team work. No creative freedom whatsoever
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Nope. Like I said, Power struggle!
Work-Life-Balance
3-4 days home office
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Demeaning. Each day was an arm wrestling match. At one point I had to go to my manager and ask we would could have a one on one to discuss my progress and he assured me that all was in order and it was all part of the “onboarding process” and “learning by doing”. What onboarding? I basically had none! He was eventually let go and a month later I was too. The excuse was that weltbilt was going insolvent so they were tightening their belts. But why was it all done in a 12 minutes video call and not face to face? So inhumane. I was so shocked all I could say in that meeting was simply “wow!” Trade carefully here!
Interessante Aufgaben
Same same daily
Gleichberechtigung
Well it’s okay I guess
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is none. The longest colleague you will find here is probably about 2 years. First red flag. What are all the people running from?
