Don't work for PayPal, especially not in Marketing
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As with most US big tech companies German office is merely a sales branch. For interns and junior employees it might be tempting to get their first view into a global corporation, having meetings, speaking denglish, dropping management buzz words – but on bottom line not contributing to success at all. Senior people need to make their very own decision, if pretending activity and effectivity means enough for their professional development.

While PayPal is obviously good product – working for the marketing team does not add value (service grows organically anyway), campaigns are created internationally (at best localized in each country) and long-time director of consumer marketing has survived not for her know-how and people skills, but for the years she spent bluntly nodding off directives by her supervisors.
