Difficulty in listening to employees and work environment can improve (the chairs are not ergonomic, there are not enough for all employees, the bathrooms are not clean and there is no frequency).

Try to bring the departments closer together (in a company, one department always depends on the other).
Review the salary range of Warehouse employees and offer small bonuses to encourage them to meet targets.
Listen more to Warehouse employees. There are very competent people who work there, with good ideas and who are experiencing problems on a daily basis. There is nothing better than listening to those who work there to be able to solve problems and propose improvements.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The warehouse staff is mostly made up of international workers and students, contributing to a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere. However, interaction with other areas is very poor, I would say non-existent.
Kommunikation
I would say that this is the company's main bottleneck in relation to the warehouse. Communication with management is complex, employees often had ideas for improvements but there seemed to be resistance from superiors to at least listen. There was also no (at least during the time I worked there) an anonymous channel for complaints.
Communication with the HR team was also difficult. It was a recurring delay in responding to emails. You had to ask for documents that were supposed to be sent by them.
I almost had a serious problem due to the delay in sending my documentation, even though I had already left the company.
In addition, the team that should be looking after the well-being of employees did not seem to be open to this. My impression is that the team works much more on the administrative side and less on the human side.

Despite a lot of work and tiredness, what motivated and encouraged me was the interaction with my colleagues at Warehouse.

You have some flexibility in negotiating your working hours, but the salary is extremely low, with no opportunities for career advancement if you work in the Warehouse.

The warehouse supervisor was very respectful and concerned about the employees. He proposed and managed (slowly) to make improvements to the working conditions of the warehouse employees.

The majority of Warehouse employees are of foreign origin, which has fostered a diverse and multicultural environment.
As for growth opportunities for Warehouse employees as a whole, they are very low.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The old warehouse had very poor sanitary conditions. Workers had to operate in a dirty, chaotic, dust-covered environment surrounded by large rats and their feces. Despite repeated requests for pest control, the company’s response was haphazard—spraying rat poison that killed some of the rodents, which were left to decompose among the products, creating an unbearable stench.Workers had no choice but to work and eat in these conditions. The one bathroom, shared by all (men and women), was often unusable, without even a working lock. There was no soap to wash hands (employees brought their own from home).There was no adequate place to store food, and the refrigerator—unable to hold the food workers brought in—was often full of spoiled and moldy items due to lack of regular cleaning. When we moved into the new warehouse, a new refrigerator was purchased, after much struggle and complaints from an employee who had the courage to stand up and fight for our rights.The company has consistently ignored these issues with an attitude that borders on neglect and even mockery, fueling resentment among Warehouse employees.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Very low salary compared to other Warehouses. I once had a 0.50 cent raise.
