Warehouse Employee.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company shows [this section has been censored] towards Warehouse employees; they never apologize for the situations experienced in the other Warehouse or for the way these workers felt excluded in recent company events, nor do they express gratitude or offer any form of compensation.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
In the Warehouse, there are highly skilled workers who should be heard and valued, but the company's lack of interest in its employees prevents these potential talents from being appreciated.
The company must learn to show some consideration for its employees, because claiming environmental awareness while [this section has been censored] foreign workers [this section has been censored] is merely empty rhetoric.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The colleagues in the Warehouse are excellent. Almost all of them are foreign workers or students, creating a young and cosmopolitan environment. However, because they are young and foreign students, these employees do not feel free to criticise, claim their rights, or complain about the systematic negligence committed by the company's management.
Kommunikation
None of the Warehouse workers' complaints are taken seriously, even when they involve not only possible claims of legal violations of working conditions but also the integrity of both customers and workers.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Due to the stark contrast in working conditions, the Warehouse workers raised this issue.
While the majority of Warehouse Workers are non-German citizens, most Office Employees are of German origin. Beyond the working conditions, various situations have suggested that the company [this section has been censored] the Warehouse Workers (predominantly foreign racialized individuals) from company events. Often, they are either not invited or are invited under different conditions without explanation.
This situation has created a negative mood; following complaints about these issues, the company initially denied and mocked the concerns, failing to provide adequate feedback and not following the AGG §13.
They then had a great idea to "resolve the issue":
The company placed an "anonymous message box" in the social area and, [this section has been censored].
Now, while workers can submit complaints anonymously, it remains unclear what actions the company will take or what consequences might follow.
Work-Life-Balance
You can negotiate your working hours, although the salary is extremely low, with no prospects for growth within the company (if you are a Warehouse worker). The company considers itself quite generous for offering water and soft drinks to warehouse employees, who are also allowed to listen to music while they work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The Warehouse supervisors are incredible respectful and nice.
Gleichberechtigung
The company has an unusual view on diversity and inclusion.
The company has never showcased the warehouse environment or its workers on its social media platforms, which predominantly feature office workers to produce content. A quick glance at the company's posts reveals the "diversity" of the office employees.
So, there are also workers from other ethnic backgrounds, but they are generally confined to the warehouse, as previously mentioned. There is a "diversity" of employees, but they are in different positions.
It is as if there are two separate companies.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The old Warehouse had degrading sanitary conditions. We had to work with large rats in a disgusting environment, dirty, chaotic, extremely dusty, and with rat feces everywhere.
After workers practically begged for some pest control to be done, the company randomly put out rat poisons, that killed some rats, which rotted among the products, creating a terrible smell. People had to work and eat in this environment, we had no option. The only bathroom, shared by dozens of people, also had rats and often did not have a lock. We also had no proper place to store our lunch; the refrigerator, which could not preserve the food we had to bring, often contained spoiled and moldy food due to the lack of cleaning. The company has consistently disregarded these issues, almost with complete negligence and even mockery, causing ill feelings among the Warehouse workers towards the company's management.
They do not deny that the working conditions in the old warehouse were inadequate: they acknowledge this, they speak of it openly, sometimes they even mock it, what shows no consideration, respect or empathy for those who endured that work conditions.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company asked me to redo my review, which shows they have serious difficulties not only in respecting the position of Warehouse employees by listening and engaging in dialogue, and understanding that freedom of expression is also a right for workers like us, but also in distinguishing between fact and opinion.
The old Warehouse in Allach was a large open space that was extremely cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer. People worked for hours sitting in chairs inappropriate for the work, some of which are still in use in the current building in Puchheim. This is a fact, not an opinion. They boast that the current Warehouse has a social area (even though it's separated by partitions), precisely because the old warehouse didn’t have one. They present this to new employees as a "victory," almost as if it were a charity from the company, rather than a minimum requirement for employees who often spend eight hours working there.

My review shared here has undergone numerous censorships. It is no wonder that positive reviews come only from office employees; warehouse workers who complain about how the company treats them are silenced. Despite showing that these issues may not be intentional, they are constant and systematic, and the company should strive to address them appropriately.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no prospect of growth within the company if you are a warehouse worker, and the reason for this is subtly implied in why warehouse employees feel excluded and treated "differently" by the company.
