Not a recommended place to work anymore
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Colleagues are very nice and professional, you can learn a lot from them, unfortunately, the good ones are leaving ...
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
PPRO was one of the best companies to recommend in Germany, but not anymore with those new managers that force their opinions and technology choices within each implementation plus a lot of micro-management
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Top managers should question why so many good people leaving and they should look for the reasons behind that.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The whole company changed when the new CTO arrived, he brought a bunch of managers/principals with him and they were like `You guys don't know anything and we know better` and that led to many good engineers leaving the company as they disagree with many approaches forced by those managers plus the micro-management.
Kommunikation
Communication is getting worse and worse.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are very nice and professional, you can learn a lot from them.
Work-Life-Balance
Recently they forced everyone to work from the office 2 days per week, just because someone felt not enough connected, this was a very bad decision and many are considering leaving or have left already because of that.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
a lot of micro-management especially from the new managers brought by the new CTO.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Overall the salary range is within the market ranges.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No career development plan, some people have lead positions to justify the higher salary they got without doing anything related to a lead.
