It doesn’t exist. There is an expectation that you remain reachable during your vacation and participate in online meetings. Additionally, you are also expected to be available on weekends. This constant demand for availability severely impacts personal time and creates an unhealthy work-life balance.

As soon as you no longer fit their mold or dare to say “no,” you are marginalized and personally discriminated against. The environment quickly becomes hostile, and even threats of termination are used to enforce compliance. This creates a culture of fear, where employees are pressured to conform and are punished if they do not.
Gleichberechtigung
It doesn’t exist. Women, in particular, are heavily oppressed in this workplace. The lack of fairness and respect for gender equality is glaring, creating an environment where discrimination against women is not only present but deeply ingrained in the company culture.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
If you’re over 30, you’re quickly labeled as “old” and automatically deemed incapable. The owner assumes they know everything better, disregarding the experience and knowledge that older employees bring to the table. This attitude fosters an environment where older colleagues are undervalued and marginalized.
Arbeitsbedingungen
After a short period, the pressure from management intensifies significantly. A large portion of the staff is deeply unhappy, leading to an extremely high turnover rate. The introduction of company values has done nothing to improve the situation, especially since the owner consistently violates these values on a daily basis. This creates a toxic work environment where employees feel overburdened, unsupported, and disillusioned.
