There is some appication but It would be good to increase the knowledge sharing between experienced employees and new employees.

The company's got a solid reputation in its field. It's basically an engineering and expertise company, so its team members are qualified professionals.
It's a bit bad thing that English is not used in the some tools and systems that are used in an international company like this.

One of the biggest advantages of working at this company is that they really care about work-life balance. Working hours are flexible and I can work remotely when necessary, which allows me to be productive at work and still have enough time for my personal life. The management is also respectful of employees' personal time and we have no problems with taking time off when we need it. This approach increases both motivation and overall satisfaction at work. I also feel that my work performance is higher in the long run when there is a good work-life balance.

Sometimes, because it is a large organization, the flow of information can be slow or some processes can take a long time, but in general, communication channels work well. The accessibility of managers and their openness to feedback also creates a positive effect.

Since it provides international service, it is possible to work with a different country every week. It is a good opportunity to come together with different cultures.
Working only for steel brings valuable expertise,
on the other hand, working only for steel factories can be restrictive.
