Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
So richtig schlecht finde ich nichts. Es gibt eben Entwicklungspotential, aber es bewegt sich bereits sehr viel.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Mehr Strukturen und Regeln schaffen, insgesamt etwas weniger Deutsch sein, um international noch erfolgreicher zu sein
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Herzlich, offen, es wird viel gelacht, trotzdem Fokus auf professionelles Arbeiten
Kommunikation
Wachstum hat zu Lücken in der Kommunikation geführt, so dass manche Infos verloren gehen. Daran wird gearbeitet.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Wirklich groß und wohltuend. Manchmal macht es notwendige Entscheidungen sehr schwer, weil Wechsel im Team allen nahe geht.
Work-Life-Balance
Viel Arbeit, manchmal nicht ohne Überstunden schaffbar, die freie Zeiteinteilung sorgt aber für hohen Freiheitsgrad und es wird großen Wert auf Wohlbefinden des Teams gelegt

Gehalt relativ niedrig, aber deutlich gestiegen in letzten Jahren, übernimmt Hälfte der Betrieblichen Altersversorge, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, Mittagessen kostet nur einen Euro und ist immer fantastisch!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Weiterbildung wird sehr groß geschrieben, extra Budget, Bildungsurlaub, interne Vorträge und viel Input
