Arbeitsatmosphäre

Colleagues are cool, no pressure to perform besides covering your a** in reporting but also no accountability from anyone since there is no pressure/discipline

Kommunikation

Quite honestly horrible. Officiall communication always lagging behind. C-Level barely understandable in English and contradict what has been done or communicated by team leads. It feels like decisions are being made in Korea by people in spreadsheets and then just executed by local personnel.

There for the money.

Work-Life-Balance

Earn good money. Do as little as possible. Thats the culture thats being created.
