Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Over the past two years in the Operations team at Qcells, I have observed several areas that require urgent attention and improvement. The work processes within the department can be described as disorganized, lacking both direction and structure. There appears to be no clear vision or mission guiding the team's day-to-day activities, which results in significant confusion and inefficiencies.

One of the most critical issues is the absence of a solid, well-defined plan. Instead of a structured workflow, most decisions are made at the managerial level. Unfortunately, many of these managers seem to have limited experience and expertise, particularly in the German energy market. This has led to a shift in the company culture towards a more chaotic, almost "circus-like" environment where decisions feel reactive rather than proactive.

Moreover, the working atmosphere has become increasingly etremly toxic. Many employees are visibly stressed, and the turnover rate among colleagues who are on probation is alarmingly high, with many choosing not to continue their employment due to the challenging environment. There is a clear imbalance in workload distribution, with some employees being overloaded with various tasks while others have been left without meaningful work for months. This mismanagement contributes to low morale and frustration among team members.

The prevalence of micromanagement is also a significant concern. The management style often feels oppressive, resembling a rigid, authoritarian approach, which stifles innovation and creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a bygone era. This approach has caused many employees to feel demoralized and unengaged, further exacerbating the overall negative atmosphere in the workplace.

In conclusion, the operations team at Qcells is currently facing substantial challenges. The lack of a clear strategic direction, ineffective management, poor workload distribution, and a toxic work environment have created an unsustainable situation. Addressing these issues with better planning, leadership, and a more balanced approach to employee management will be crucial for the team's success moving forward.
