Focus more on the retention of existing key-employees in the other teams. Our software is sophisticated and highly competitive within the WealthTech industry. Yet, if we focus more on heavily investing in and onboarding new employees, instead of creating a longterm perspective for those employees carrying the knowledge and experience of QPLIX, it will be hard to maintain this growth. Increasing the average tenure and satisfaction of our key employees should be prioritised just as much as focusing on winning new colleagues.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very collaborative work environment between the sales analysts, pre-sales engineers and sales managers. Depsite having different experience levels and focusing on different segments / regional splits, the hierarchy within the team (including team lead) is very flat and its important to reach a common target.
Overall KPIs and targets are high, yet under certain circumstances possibly reachable - especially if you face a clear and direct communication and manage expectations with your team lead.
Kommunikation
Between Sales Mangers - sales analysts - and the consultants from professional services, good and constantly impoving. PRO ACTIVE approaching consultants and questioning technical aspects is vital in succeeding at QPLIX (especially in the first months). Yet between the sales managers themselves, there is hardly interaction on a professional level (due to us working on different segments and regions within the wealth management industry). To be honest thats fine for me as we still interact during afterwork or at lunch.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Given the fact that the team is split up betweeen Frankfurt and Munich + each manager is split up in different segments and regions to manage, I would say the colleague cohesion is relatively good!
Work-Life-Balance
With good time management you will have a great work-life balance. Additionally, the up to 30 days payed leave and the possibility to work from home or even do workation within the EU is great (and also desired, given the cold dark winter months in Munich)

Interessante Aufgaben
Given the traditional career path in sales, within a SaaS based FinTech: More than just setting up demos! Its a very heterogeneous field of tasks and area of responsibility, ranging from technical and challenging use case setups, outbound + inbound activity and lastly the diversity of each deal, regarding their requirements and background.

Overall quite good!
1 monitor for home office.
Currently there is an indirect partial "home office duty". As we have grown so fast the capacity of our Munich office has reached its limit. Monday and Friday are the days with some excess capacity, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are fully overbooked with some people on the "waiting list".
