Was Mitarbeiter sagen

Was Mitarbeiter gut finden

Flexibility but not much else
There have been things, but they are gone.
I wasn't forced to work in the office during the pandemic.

Was Mitarbeiter noch gut finden?

Was Mitarbeiter schlecht finden

You'll have a hard time if you want to do your job right. Team leads talk behind your back, share private information with other leads and colleagues and cannot support you with tasks or will give you wrong information. If you then do it wrong, you will be blamed. There is extremely high competitiveness between different teams. Asking for help will not only result in not getting any – it will show negatively in your reviews.
The mentality is bad. It is only about "work work work". Cohesion between colleagues is maintained artificially through so-called team events or retreats. It doesn't matter that not everyone is comfortable with it.
Given there was a big cost-cut all these events come with a bad taste.

Was Mitarbeiter noch schlecht finden?

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Take an extra close look at what certain team leads are doing. I have seen unparalleled incompetence in some of the leads, including unwillingness to learn tools, lying to stakeholders, deflecting blame on others, talking openly about employees' private information (things like salary, religion and other). It is only a matter of time until this kind of mentality will negatively impact business and team morale. Some individuals are lucky they did not (yet) get sued by employees.
Try to see employees not just as resources, but as human beings.
If you want to be diverse and inclusive: Do it. Not just talk the talk, but walk the walk.
Do not shift focus every few months, employees won't know what the strategy was.
Set boundaries for people. There is clearly a culture where especially white men can do and say whatever they want.
Take a step back and behave a little more humanely in your dealings with one another.

- Company with good culture but make your people feel valued by giving them what they deserve
- Be aware that people within single teams or across teams speak to each other and find out about untruths or "exceptions" made which is very bad for the harmony and culture
- More diversity in the Management team

Bester und schlechtester Faktor

Am besten bewertet: Kollegenzusammenhalt

4,4

Everybody used to get along with all the colleagues great - in the past. Since middle of 2021 there was a bad mentality of everybody caring most for him/herself.

You can apporach anyone anytime for support and colleagues are supportive. This has changed slightly after the merger last year but I still see this as a big upside workiung at Raisin.

Salary (progression) is really bad. You always have to fight for every cent of increase even you were stated a very good performance. There is always another excuse why salary can't or won't be increased, none of them are constructive / objective (such as "no budget" even company is doing great or "others in the company earn much less" or "no one in the team will get an increase".

You have budget for it, but the company do not have career paths and so you Lead won't have any idea how to develop you. Everything must come out of you. Raisin is not actively interested to develop employees, when they are not in the annual Talent Program.
Promotions are done without any plan for the future which comes from missing career paths.

Manchmal ...
