After reviewing your feedback, we believe there may have been some misunderstandings that we'd like to clarify.

Our hiring process is not project-based. We hire for long-term roles within our organization, not for specific projects.
There have been no project cancellations in recent months that would have affected our hiring decisions neither for you nor other persons. This point is therefore incomprehensible to us and seems to be the reason for the misunderstanding.

As you didn't have the opportunity to experience our work environment, we regret that we couldn't demonstrate to you our collaborative and communicative culture. We pride ourselves on fostering an open and transparent workplace.
