Everything was working fine until one of the managing directors left the company. After that, it was all downhill. There were so many organizational changes, including layoffs and a promise that layoffs wouldn't happen again. A few months later, the newly appointed CFO casually announced that the company RFN was being dissolved and that we should all collect our termination letters.
