Awful. You can see who´s got how many shares online now at tis UK Companies House Website. People who know about this mess from last year got a lot of shares, others not so much. You know why.
Work-Life-Balance
Not much work to do so very little overtime. Unless you have shares you do not work extra hours
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Just look at how CEO and other C Suite sold 100% of shares last year before the event. Screwed everyone else over and now with the new share folks are meant to believe its all good. They will get screwed over again by the same folks. No trust at all.
