In my opinion as is often the case, increased pressure from management tends to strengthen the bonds between colleagues. However, there are always some 'colleagues' who prefer to denounce others, fabricate stories, and report them to management - hoping to curry favor with the bosses.

In my opinion it depends on which department you’re in and who your boss is. Generally, the longer you stay in the office, the better. HO is 50/50, but it’s often not well received.

In my opinion it depends on your department and who your boss is. If you're unlucky, you might get yelled at, even in front of other employees. You're not allowed to contradict, question, or ever be right. Management operates in a military-style hierarchy, demanding absolute obedience. In my opinion it's important to understand that most managers there are products of this system and a result of negative selection. The good ones either leave or get fired, while the obedient ones stay and climb the ranks. And don't forget: control, control and more control, which manifests itself in incredible micromanagement.

In my opinion, further training opportunities don’t really exist, as the company doesn’t proactively offer them. If you want to take a free course on the Samsung online portal, it often requires approval from your superiors. From my perspective, this request is often seen as if you have too much free time.
