Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

* Very smart colleagues, and interesting projects, it's a great place to learn and grow.
* Very safe atmosphere for women. I really value that there are quite a lot of women (compared to the IT teams I worked with before), and including in management positions.
* Flexible working hours and home office make it easy to balance work and private life, especially when being a parent. And it's not just on paper, I never felt bad for organizing my work according to my needs as long as my work is done.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Sometimes projects seem to fall from the sky, and suddenly we have to drop everything with short deadlines. A bit more anticipation from upper management would be nice.
