In general a good start-up-like atmosphere. At team level, very changing. Depending where you land, could be a 5-star or 1 star-rating.

The (good) values Scalable has and supposedly follows are not reflected, specially at management level, but also at lower levels in the organization. The personal "relationship" is what counts.

Good to very good in general, but again changing from team to team, and highly depending on the relationship aspect.

Excellent, flexible working hours, work abroad policy. All what you can expect.

Do not practice what they preach. Talent, professionalism, performance, innovation or work ethics do not count (too much). Again, it does not apply to all teams and the whole organization. We could have also several top ratings for many managers as well.
