We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding leadership and workplace dynamics. We understand how important effective leadership and a positive work environment are to both individual and team success, and it's clear that we have not met your expectations in this regard.

We want to assure you that leadership development is a priority for us, and we are continuously working to improve how we support, train, and develop our leaders. Here are some examples: Leaders at Serrala are invited to the Leadership Essentials, a 4-day workshop where external coaches provide a toolbox and training in people management skills. We also provide Coach-Hub, a 1:1 coaching course for colleagues who can benefit from professional support (e.g. new leaders). We are continuously reviewing our leadership processes to ensure that they reflect our values of fairness, professionalism, and competence.

Regarding your feedback on work-life balance and compensation, we agree that every employee should feel valued and compensated appropriately for the work they contribute. Currently we are offering flexible working models (hybrid or remote), flexible working hours, time tracking where employees can document their working hours and then take undertime, learning opportunities during the working hours, and after alignment with managers we also offer additional flexible arrangements for parents. We are constantly reviewing our policies to better support a healthier balance and improve transparency around expectations for extra time.

While we’re glad to hear that you’ve noticed some positive efforts within the company and collaboration among colleagues, we recognize there’s more work to be done. Your suggestions for improvement have been noted, and we will continue working towards creating an environment where everyone feels supported and has opportunities for growth.
