Too many meetings. Arrogant management.

Way too many meetings and daily meeting, when everyone in team has to say, what is planned for the day. Way too much.

It used to be a nice team, very professional.

The company uses the employees to the fullest. Now even worse, after lots of terminations in the last years.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The Head of Marketing/Vice President at the time was unreasonable, insisting her opinion was the only one that mattered. She would publicly berate employees, making them feel awful. A terrible way to manage the team.
