Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The upper management has very low capabilities in personnel forecasting. Layoffs are followed by mass hiring. Amazing events are followed by letting go of the senior individual contributors. The amazing office is constantly shrinking and the concept is trying to be built again since it is originally too spacious and even with the theoretical possibility of having desks for every employee, it cannot do it. The efforts to bring the employees back to the office just slowly move to threatening with legal issues.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for highlighting aspects like our amazing office, coffee, and flexible work-life balance. These are areas we’re proud of, and it’s great to hear they positively contributed to your experience.

We understand your concerns about the organizational changes that previously happened and their impact. Given the volatile market situation, we had to make some difficult decisions in August 2023. We appreciate your understanding during that challenging time.
To provide clarity, our headcount has remained relatively stable, consistently ranging between 220 and 230 employees since the end of 2023. This reflects our focus on steady and sustainable growth, rather than any significant hiring surges. Over the past year, we’ve refined our recruitment strategy to align with these goals, ensuring stability for our team.

Regarding the office space, we recognize the need to adapt to our evolving ways of working. We’re actively rethinking how the space is utilized to better support our team, balancing remote and in-person collaboration. As we have only a 40% office attendance rule, we cannot designate a desk for every team member so we have a desk booking system in place which makes it more flexible and efficient for everyone.
