Sadly on a downwards trend
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Homeoffice, young team of coworkers and the pay is fair
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Expensive office and exclusive location leadership meetings on the one hand, and then pushing to save money on every transport and letting 50+ people go on the other.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The cost savings now also cut "on the top" which is a good step.
But I will be completely honest: I dont have any advice i can give that turns around the current downwards trend, financially and in the teams motivation, thats the leaderships task. I wish them the best with that but I´m not optimistic.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
50+ layoffs this year leave a toll
Kommunikation
In the teams: Recently rougher tone. Also the system for sharing knowledge is currently not used and trainings are improvised.
From leadership: there are regular all-hands.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Theres always exceptions, but generally this is the biggest plus
Work-Life-Balance
Homeoffice
Like every company it tries to push its people to "go up and beyond" for the companies benefit, but you can do your 8 hours in homeoffice and get the work done (in most positions and outside peak season)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My direct magager tried his best to support me and i am thankful for that, but higher up it gets colder
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Its being talked about a lot...so thats a start
Image
Again, like the work atmosphere, layoffs hurt.
Also cutting cost on every transport leading to/accepting lower performance eventually leads to a bad image with existing customers.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I try not to click 1-Star too much, but here it is sadly absolutely deserved:
Promised, but nothing was delivered.
Varying excuses between "not that" and "not now, but probably maybe at some point when we have an academy".
