Excellent colleagues, good future but ignorance of urgent need to restructure leadership in some important departments!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Human Resources are great, the staff are very patient and lovely.
If there would plan and execute a restructuring, this would be a place where one employee would like to work.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Horrible situation in some technical departments
No real leadership in teams, they don´t exist
Unplanned hush hush actions, everything must be done for now,
completely wrong decisions, no attention to the employees/members.
The employees dont receive any trust and time, to execute their tasks
Every day issues happens, mostly repeated problems due to a middle management that is not present to keep its member together and do a real troubleshoot.
IT´S TIME TO RESTRUCT SOME AREAS !

Listen to the employees, there are enough signs that indicates that the time to restructuring some departments is overdued.

They are only present as headcounting, but not in the room or for their department members/colleagues.
Usually you don't get an answer and innovations are permanently blocked .
At the end you win more if you only listen "quietly" and always say "YES" to everything what they say....

There is a great need for Respect, Trust, Training and Time to perform tasks assigned to employees (IT)
... where since 2022 about 6-7 people have already left the department for the same reason/person
