Communicate more clearly with employees, watch compensation development in the industry, bring back in-person trainings and company events as soon as possible (once covid is dealt with sufficiently).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Company culture between colleagues is fantastic. Almost without exception, people are smart, very nice, interested, and supportive. I made many friends who I meet outside of working hours or even go on vacations with. Truly special people.
Kommunikation
Especially internal communication with lots of improvement potential, difficulties to properly communicate benefits and acknowledge great performances accordingly. However, they are moving in the right direction and are working on it actively.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned above, very supportive and nice colleagues who live a "team first" mentality which helps to alleviate pressure a lot.
Work-Life-Balance
Team growth did not always keep track of continuous success and growth in business. Therefore, a great work-life-balance as advertised 5 years ago is to be found anymore in every practice. However, it is very practice/partner/project depended.

Depends a lot on the practice/partner you work with. I personally did not have any particularly bad encounters myself.

Very interesting and challenging projects and topics with a steep learning curve. Great environment to develop problem solving skills.

Did not affect me personally. However, in my experience, age did not matter.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Cost over-consciousness made a few working situations unnecessarily cumbersome. Generally, the company tries to support consultants as good as possible to do their job.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
For a few years, this topics gains more and more traction but did not play a key role in the past, in my view. Good trajectory with many initiatives now because of which I expect the rating to improve in the future.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Overall, compensation is fair although not top of the market.

Very respected company with very good reputation for their work although not necessarily widely known. This will improve in the future due to strong growth, top line focus and very high quality of work.
