Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A lot of freedom in choosing when and where to work from. For some months now, there have been a few sensible decisions made, which had been lacking until then. But don’t get me wrong. They were 'a few decisions', not all of them. Let's hope sanity regains it's power.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The culture used to be the most important thing, but now it seems somewhat irrelevant. It’s just another SaaS company now, with egos and power struggles and so on. Nothing special.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Ask yourself more if your behaviour and decisions are about the mission or about you. It should always be about the mission.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It's okay, but it was near to paradise. Until the ego trips started.

Kommunikation

You have to be careful who you say something to. It might backfire.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

When the wrong manager has it in for you, sometimes things happen extremely fast. That fosters fear and makes people silent. And that means that the feedback you get is not honest.

Well, it's a job.

Gleichberechtigung

There are many women in the company, but not in the top management, to my knowledge. For example, there are no women on the executive board (as you can look up in the imprint section on the homepage). And on the level below (head of) there is one, as far as I'm informed. There are several female team leads.
While the presence of many women may seem positive, it doesn’t represent true modern equality. It's simply a matter of numbers, which is good, but not enough.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Can't say much about that.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There is simply no mission related to social equality, the environment, or anything else that isn't about money.

Funnily, the image still seems to be quite good. But I don’t understand why that is.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Education/Development: There’s a lot of talk about that, but I haven’t seen anyone get any relevant budget for it in the last years.
Career: Not every person observes transparency in senior management..
