disappointing
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
remote work & flexibility
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
insane workload, not typical for car industry in Germany
Verbesserungsvorschläge
stop staying understaffed, properly train middle managers on how to lead people
Arbeitsatmosphäre
most of my coworkers were very nice and supporting. Team leaders weren't... culture is driven by pressure and fear
Kommunikation
decent
Kollegenzusammenhalt
great! everyone tries to stick together to get through hardships (which occure frequently)
Work-Life-Balance
what's that? unrealistic goals set by middle & top management, long hours, no respect for people going on vacation, the weekend or public holidays, everyone eats lunch at their desks... CEO & CFO are aware of those issues and try to emphasize that employees should look after themselves, but goals and pressure are just way too high. a lot of sick leaves & high fluctuation as a result
Vorgesetztenverhalten
some good, a lot of them bad, especially in middle management roles. A lot of the team leaders pass the pressure top management & shareholders put on them RIGHT ON to their employees, who can't take that type of pressure. While top management (CEO & CFO) act very caring and respectful, a lot of middle managers abuse their power and act belittling and disrespectful toward lower level employees
Interessante Aufgaben
always new challenges and interesting tasks
Gleichberechtigung
very diverse, although predominantly male managers
Arbeitsbedingungen
nice offices and remote options
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
decent salary, but for that type of stress there are other options that pay way better. also not part of IG metall and imo slightly lower pay than in IG metall companies
Image
weird to me that they went away from the two seater, the one thing the company was known for
Karriere/Weiterbildung
working there will make you more stress resistent and learn new things. however, promotions and huge pay raises seem very hard to get here
