Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Offices, Technical equipment, colleagues, Food and drinks in the office. The tasks and the field that SST is working in. Colleagues are so intelligent, you can learn so much from one another. I met interesting people.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I never had an exit talk. From my point of view, there is a lot of talking and marketing, but no one is really living the image or culture they try to achive.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Make Home Office available for everyone at time. There is no point in trying to control. Everything mentioned above.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There was a lot of preasure that you have to go through daily.
Kommunikation
Things change fast. One day you work on a project and the other day it got canceled. A lot of information I just got "by accident".
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There was (hopefully still is) a big helping culture. People help each other to grow.
Work-Life-Balance
Depending on your position. SST is not willing to pay overtime but is expecting that everyone is fine with doing extra hours.

I didn't feel valued by my superior.
Interessante Aufgaben
I learned a lot, and had a lot of responsibilities. But the circumstances made me unhappy.

There was no difference between old or young.

As I said, no problem here. (but I would say the average person at SST is in their 30ies.)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office got AC, new equipment (I worked with Apple/MacBook). I liked that the office was always clean and "minimalistic". Very good looking office and desks. Office located in Adlershof.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is always something you can improve. But there was not a lot of printing, SST works in a field of reducing CO2.. Happy about that topic.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think iff you sell yourself good you can earn good.

According to the SST-Linked In page, people work here for 12 month on average.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is the posibility to get courses, trainings and books, this is good. Career.. I wouldnt say that this is an opportunity for everyone
