Hat alles gepasst.
So far I’ve only had the initial screening call with the HR representative and the call went really well. The interviewer made sure to answer my questions in detail, describe the culture and structure of the company well and was friendly.
Detailed explanation about the company and the interview process.
The HR team as well as interviewers are very professional with a smooth process and convenient. What i like most is their quick feedback at each stage of interviews and no long waiting periods.
well prepared, friendly, makes candidates valuable etc
Friendly & professional communication & interview with the recruiter. Received timely responses regarding my recruitment status.
Ironically for an e-recruitment company I got an email with a dedicated slot rather than being able to select suitable time myself, which I think is pretty standard practice these days.
I wish the Career Site contained the details on the recruitment process for the role and I wouldn't have to wait until the interview to learn more.
Interview with the hiring manager was OK, even though it was sometimes hard to catch a breath due to a fast pace. The personal connection wasn't quite there so I could tell that it wouldn't be a match. All my questions were patiently answered and the interview was professional.
The interview experience was a bit unusual. It began with a request for me to introduce myself, which was the first question, followed by more detailed inquiries about my experience. However, the remaining 20 minutes of the interview consisted of the interviewer telling me about the company, its departments, and mentioning names unrelated to the role, all of which were read from a screen.
I didn't feel valued as a candidate because no follow-up questions were asked. It seemed like a decision had already been made, and the interview was conducted for the sake of formality.
Even when I asked if there was anything else I could share, I was told that everything was fine and that there were no additional questions. Subsequently, I received a rejection, which I had anticipated based on the interview's tone.
I am satisfied:)
So verdient kununu Geld.
