Needs to improve: Feedback from below to above (maybe panel meetings from time to time), communication and openness, motivation and team spirit, or teamwork, coaching opportunities, Urban Sports

I also think if we can work from home anytime, this should be fair to everyone and if one is willing to come to the office one could, there shouldn't be restriction when it comes to how many days we should be present. This should be based on motivation and team spirit, not by force.
