Colleagues are friendly and there are many with a good business acumen. However, struggles because people with good business acumen questions the company and are then no longer present a few months later.

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Build a structure so that people are receiving fair compensation for their work. It is always spoken about but never implemented. It shouldn't take that long.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone shares similar issues and everyone seems to be quite sad to be there. But because Job Opportunities take time a lot of people are still there.
Kommunikation
Terrible communication. Not just that we are never updated but how they communicate. When the new Chief Transformation Officer came it was said that the company is going to "trim the fat." This could just be me, but I am don't think calling your employees the unwanted part of meat is an appropriate way to address firings that will take place in the near future. (which ended up happening).
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are fantastic but everyone hast the same issues. Being overworked and underpaid. Some get lucky and get promoted quickly while others lack a plan to grow.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on you. If you work your hours and go home it can be fine. But the problems continue into your private life.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They don't really care that much about growth because it is not in their interest. They do well themselves and that is important. Lots of times discussions for growth were disregarded and never realised. However, it must be said that their hands are sometimes tied due to HR. Nonetheless, growth is an extreme obstacle.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks themselves are very interesting and stimulating. However, if you are overworked even the most exciting jobs fail to stimulate.
Gleichberechtigung
No structure in place for equal pay. They do not think about the whole before making a decision and this ends up causing more problems. A quick fix is never the solution when it comes to this.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I cannot comment because our team was very young. However, ageism did come up.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office is really great. Top job from the IT and the Facilities Manager (berlin).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Product is for a greener planet and self-sustainability, so this is of course great.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Terrible pay. New responsibilities are a must and do not come with a higher pay or new title.

Their image is good but internally I canot recommend it further.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Opportunities only if they think you are leaving.
