there are many smart people working at sonnen and you can learn from them for sure. Unfortunately they are not the ones making the decisions

If you can't raise salaries or promote people due to the cost pressure - that is fine. But then at least leave them the benefits that don't cost you a dime - like working from home and being flexible.

Depends on your team - but due to the current situation many people are not motivated

There are regular standups, townhalls etc. The annual employee survey was "paused" this year - so Management doesn't have to hear criticisim.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on you. For me personally it's actually great. But there are many others that struggle
