Despite the growth SoSafe manages to keep the company values, team spirit, community etc. I really appreciate that. Also, the product and vision is interesting and brings value - it is cool to be part of the SoSafe journey together with amazing colleagues.

There is always a lot to do but you generally speaking you can be flexible on a work day (leave earlier, schedule a docto's appointment...).

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The average age is rather young but we have some "older" colleagues as well as parents etc. I am not aware of any problems/issues.

Generally speaking good: It is never boring which also means that you might need to be able to handle stress and willing to adapt to changes quickly. But at the same time you learn a lot, work with experienced and clever people, are able to develop and use company benefits.
