Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very nice atmosphere, really nice people, everyone gets on very well with each other. Really nice headquarters with free coffee and snacks.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Recently, there was a 10-minute discussion regarding "zero tolerance politics," "safe spaces," and the importance of ensuring everyone feels secure in the workplace. Interestingly, this comes from a company that, mere weeks ago, organized a mandatory team event in Cologne. During this event, individuals were required to share a room and even a bed with a colleague unless they could present a compelling medical reason for needing their own space. The options were either to select a colleague you preferred to share with or be randomly assigned to room and bed with a stranger…

First of all, we are glad to hear that you are enjoying working with us and are experiencing our good atmosphere. As you mentioned, we are proud to be a place of transparency and collaboration, which we are working hard to maintain.

We would thus like to take the opportunity and time and comment on your feedback with regards to the team event in Cologne, which we indeed had at the beginning of the year. We had both single and twin rooms at the event - due to limited availability from hotels, we could not offer single rooms to everybody. There was however the chance in our questionnaire to choose a single room for medical or personal reasons, without the need to name the reason, as accepting boundaries and privacy is very important to us at SoSafe.
We would also like to mention that assigning colleagues, in case no preference was given by the employee, was only done within the same gender.

Internally, we have not had any other complaints about the accommodation procedure at the event. We are very sorry if you felt unsafe and value your honest opinion. Please reach out to our Community team to discuss your individual case - we really want to make sure every Safey feels safe and welcomed here.
