For three months, I have been an employee at Sportstech.Creating a comfortable office environment is a priority for me, and I find it particularly important here. All of my colleagues and my manager are remarkably friendly. Although the beginning was challenging, I have learned a lot during this time.
One aspect that could be optimized is the onboarding process. I find it a little weak when a new team member is hired. However, I hope it will be improved soon. Because the company is moving forward on the development path every day.
I am happy to be in Sportstech und in my team.
