Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The values of Staffbase ("We truly care." / "When you grow, we all grow." / "We take ownership.") are aligning 100% with mine and this gives me the room and motivation to do my best everyday. There are plenty of opportunities every day to learn more and taking ownership so I can make a difference for my work, my coworkers and for our customers. The communication is key at Staffbase and I have the chance to get all information I need to do my job in a best way. The atmosphere is amazing and I am always enjoying my days in the office but also the flexibility to work from home. It really supports my work life balance and family live.
