un-transparency, lack of communication, kicking off 100 employee and starting recruiting again after few days for the same position that were closed.

C-level knows everything and if they wanted to improve something they would have done it while ago.

This is the worst part about Staffbase. your opinion doesn't matter to your superior at All. and even if he agrees with you on something there is nothing he can do about it.
